Studio Rates and Policies

STUDIO RATES AND FEES:

Online Voice Lesson Package - Scheduled Weekly Meetup

  • $35/30 min session = $140/Month*

  • $50/45 min session = $200/Month*

  • $65/60 min session = $260/Month*

*Lessons are billed monthly by adding up the number of sessions that will occur during the month in question, taking into account any holidays where the studio would be closed. Note there may also be a month where 5 lessons are billed due to where your scheduled lesson day lines up in the calendar month. Package expires at the end of the month.

Online Voice Lesson Package - Flexible Plan*

  • 4 - 30 min sessions = $160

  • 4 - 45 min session = $220

  • 4 - 60 min session = $280

*No set time during the week. Do not expire.


Single Online Voice Lesson - Pay As You Go

  • $45/30 min session

  • $60/45 min session

  • $75/60 min session

 

On top of tuition, families may be responsible for additional expenses associated with our services. Typical foreseeable expenses would be, and these are estimates:

  • Books/Sheet Music: $15-20 per book/$5 per sheet music

  • Instructors may also lend copies of their own music

  • Recital Fee: $35

 

Payments:

  • PayPal (paypal.me/lauracantwell)

  • Cash/Check.

  • Some Fine Print regarding payment:

    • Payments received after the 1st of the new month will be considered late, and are subject to a $15.00 late fee to be added to the current invoice. You will be sent a reminder if your payment did not go through, or if your card expires, etc.

    • After the 10th of the month, issues with late payments may affect your child’s membership.

 

 

Cancellations By Instructor:

  • If I cancel for any reason, I will make it up. If I can’t, it will be credited back to you!

  • By default, the studio is closed on most “bank holidays”, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc. (unless otherwise stated by the online class calendar). We will typically have lessons on Monday holidays like MLK Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, etc.

Cancellations By Student/Parent:

  • For lessons cancelled with more than 24 hours in advance, attempts at a makeup lesson will be made, but are not guaranteed.

  • No-shows or day of cancellations will not receive a makeup lesson, refund, or credit.

Cancellation of Membership:

  • Please let me know before the 20th of the month so you will not be charged for the upcoming month. Prepaid tuition is non-refundable.
